5. Be even with the money (if someone ships you $20 worth of stuff, then at least be close to that amount with what you send back.)
6. Requests can be made. If a particular beer is favored so much, you may request to include said beer in future shipments.

8. Be informative. If there's information concerning type of beer, brewery history etc., include it! It's half the fun.
9. Homebrew counts. And since only one of us brews at home, then bottles and much gratitude will be returned to homebrewer at homebrew recipient's cost.
